The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of the OIC of America’s (OICA) human resources functions, including recruiting and retention; organizational development; employee training and development; employee relations and communications; performance management; salary benchmarking; benefits management and administration; and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
This position helps ensure that the employees of OIC of America have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to achieve the organization’s mission.
In addition, the director will play a critical leadership role in helping revitalize the culture, focus, and performance of the OICA national office. The Executive Assistant provides support by managing confidential calendars, arranging conference travel, overseeing, preparing, and managing correspondence, reports, and documents. Uses discretion and adheres to ethical and confidential practices. Provides leadership in the dissemination of inter-departmental communication and coordinates the flow of information externally and internally.
We are looking for an experienced Program Director to supervise a wide range of programs. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. You will supervise managers and inform management on progress and performance.
