The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of the OIC of America’s (OICA) human resources functions, including recruiting and retention; organizational development; employee training and development; employee relations and communications; performance management; salary benchmarking; benefits management and administration; and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
This position helps ensure that the employees of OIC of America have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to achieve the organization’s mission.
In addition, the director will play a critical leadership role in helping revitalize the culture, focus, and performance of the OICA national office. Twin Cities STEM is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Volunteer Coordinator. This role is vital in ensuring the successful recruitment, training, retention, and management of professional, college, and community volunteers to support our STEM initiatives.
The Volunteer Coordinator will lead efforts to enhance our current volunteer programs while exploring new opportunities to involve volunteers in advancing STEM education and outreach.
