Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides support by managing confidential calendars, arranging conference travel, overseeing, preparing, and managing correspondence, reports, and documents. Uses discretion and adheres to ethical and confidential practices. Provides leadership in the dissemination of inter-departmental communication and coordinates the flow of information externally and internally.

Grants Writer

OIC of America is seeking a dedicated and skilled Grants Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating positive change and possess a proven ability to secure grant funding for OICA initiatives. The Grants Writer will play a pivotal role in advancing OIC of America’s mission by identifying funding opportunities, crafting persuasive grant proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with funding partners.

Program Director

We are looking for an experienced Program Director to supervise a wide range of programs. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. You will supervise managers and inform management on progress and performance.

A successful Program Director must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates.

The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization

Program Manager

The Program Manager serves as the liaison between OICA and affiliate partners. They will provide overall management and monitoring of service coordination while connecting affiliate partners with appropriate service providers as needed. This position will work closely with affiliate frontline staff to understand the needs of participants, develop and implement transitional plans, research and gather community resources/support, and develop partnerships with agencies and organizations to support the achievement of program outcomes.
