Chief Development Officer

OIC of America seeks a Chief Development Officer to build, manage, and grow a development operation that ensures a steady pipeline of contributed revenue for OIC of America. The Chief Development Officer will play a crucial role in securing funds from various sources to support the organization’s programs and initiatives including funding from government agencies, corporations and foundations, and individuals. With a deep understanding and embrace of the start up culture, the Chief Development Officer will build and lead a development enterprise that supports best-in-class donor prospecting and research; the crafting of compelling case statements and funding narratives leading to successful grant applications and proposals; and grant compliance.

Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology

The Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology will provide leadership and vision in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review, and evaluation of programs, curriculum, assessment, technology, and innovation within the OIC of America network. This includes curriculum and instructional services, instructional design, new programs, industry-recognized credentials, technical education services, assessment, research, and evaluation services.

Director of Compliance

The Director of Compliance leads the compliance, regulatory, accreditation and licensing functions for OIC of America. This position will establish and maintain positive working relationships with school management teams, OIC of America national leadership, staff, and external regulators while advising and educating OIC of America and campus teams in the areas of regulatory compliance and regulatory standards. This position is highly tied to the compliance health of the overall organization, school(s).

Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager – Senior at OIC of America you will play a key role in planning, executing, and closing projects of varying complexities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. Your duties will encompass close collaboration with multifunctional teams, efficient management of project schedules and resources, and the execution of critical initiatives to ensure successful outcomes. 

Portfolio Manager

The Portfolio Manager serves as the liaison between OICA and affiliate partners. They will provide overall management and monitoring of service coordination while connecting affiliate partners with appropriate service providers as needed. This position will work closely with affiliate frontline staff to understand the needs of participants, develop and implement transitional plans, research and gather community resources/support, and develop partnerships with agencies and organizations to support the achievement of program outcomes.
