OIC of America and the University of Minnesota’s Institute for Engineering in Medicine (IEM) are building a bold, inclusive STEM pipeline that reaches youth in both urban and rural communities, from the Twin Cities to Duluth and beyond. Together, we’re dedicated to creating hands-on, accessible learning opportunities for K-12 students with the help of educators, employers and community partners to create a national workforce pathway.
When students have relationships with professionals in STEM roles, they can see themselves and are more likely to become industry professionals and leaders of tomorrow.
