A better tomorrow is only real if it reaches the people our economy has left behind: adults in underserved cities, rural communities, and those returning from the justice system. In FY25, we doubled down on this mission:
- 100% of FY25 Sullivan Training Network participants were justice-impacted, with STN doubling as a reentry program
- Wraparound support such as transportation, childcare, case management, educational support, and tools that improve completion rates up to 4x
- No-cost training removes the single biggest barrier keeping low-income adults out of credentialed careers
- Deep community roots in the neighborhoods where our learners already live and work
