For Early-Career Candidates

I'm just starting my career. Is OIC a place for me?
Yes. We believe potential matters as much as experience, and we’re proud to be a place where early-career professionals can learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.
We encourage you to apply. Job descriptions describe an ideal, not a checklist. If you’re excited about the role and believe in our mission, we want to hear from you.

For Executive & Leadership Candidates

What does the executive hiring process look like?
Executive searches are thorough and collaborative. In addition to the steps outlined above, you can expect panel interviews with key stakeholders, conversations with board members where appropriate, and deeper discussions about strategic vision and leadership philosophy.
