We are seeking an exceptional fund development professional to join OICA’s entrepreneurial leadership team. The success of OIC of America is dependent on establishing a sustainable financing model consisting of a mix of public funding and routine, sizable contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Our new Chief Development Officer will secure these resources and help build the required financing model. This new leader must be creative, inventive, and willing to learn from their mistakes while we move forward in establishing a quality career education system.
The Chief Development Officer also must be passionate about our fight for economic justice and economic power for forgotten people in forgotten places. You will provide strategic financial leadership to oversee the financial operations and guide decision-making processes.
The Executive Director, Data Strategy and Network Performance provides strategic, operational, and data leadership for the Sullivan Training Network (STN). This national network of 28+ training providers advances OIC of America’s mission of moving low-income adults into living-wage jobs through credentialed, industry-aligned training.
OIC of America is seeking a dedicated and skilled Grants Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating positive change and possess a proven ability to secure grant funding for OICA initiatives. The Grants Writer will play a pivotal role in advancing OIC of America’s mission by identifying funding opportunities, crafting persuasive grant proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with funding partners.
