The Road to 2030

Today’s skilled labor shortages present an incredible opportunity to reimagine the future of America’s workforce. We believe the key to maintaining global competitiveness lies in providing new, life-changing skills and career options to forgotten people in communities across the country.

Together, we can be the spark that ignites economic opportunity for 100,000 people by 2030. How? By investing in the potential of people in forgotten communities starting at age 5 and onward into adulthood.

OICA’s national workforce development initiative, the Sullivan Training Network, is committed to providing learners with industry-recognized credentials to begin construction careers that pay a living wage and create a pathway to the middle class.  And our national STEMLinx program is designed to connect, inspire and support children from K-to-Career in STEM-related fields.
