A human resources executive with more than two decades of leadership experience driving people strategy within national and global nonprofit organizations she partners with the CEO, executive team, and board to align workforce strategy, culture, and leadership with the organization’s mission to advance economic equity through workforce development. Kim holds a master’s degree in Community & Economic Development from The Pennsylvania State University and is a senior certified Human Resource professional (SHRM-SCP).
