He is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded, scaled to profitability, and successfully exited a SaaS company. His ability to build strong partnerships has consistently advanced high-profile, high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable economic benefits to communities.

Over the course of his career, Ted has led enterprise-level organizations and managed budgets exceeding $500 million. He has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Public Markets, VP of Strategy, and VP of Business Development and Government Relations. He is widely recognized for his strategic decision-making and financial acumen, contributing to sustained organizational growth and stability.

A dedicated community builder, Ted played a key role in securing more than $1.7 billion in funding for transformative infrastructure and development projects, including the Hiawatha Light Rail Transit Line and U.S. Bank Stadium. His success in navigating complex funding environments reflects his deep expertise in aligning public and private interests.

Ted has negotiated and implemented numerous complex agreements with government entities and private sector partners. His collaborations include high-impact partnerships with organizations such as the Minnesota Vikings, Ryan Companies, and Mortenson.

He is also deeply committed to diversity and inclusion. Notably, on the U.S. Bank Stadium project, Ted exceeded workforce participation goals, advancing equitable opportunity and setting a strong standard for inclusive economic development.
