Patricia Ohlott –  Director of Evaluation & Measurement

Patricia (Patty) Ohlott is excited to rejoin OIC after spending three years in grant administration at Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. In her previous five years at OIC, she worked on several federally funded projects, including the Strengthening Communities Fund, Pathways Out of Poverty, and Green Jobs Innovation Fund. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Equal Measure in Philadelphia, providing evaluation consulting, training and philanthropic services to help fuel sustainable social change. Patty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yale University, Ph.D. (ABD) in Business Administration from Duke University, and certificate in Non-Profit Management from LaSalle University.

 

 

Letitia Crippen – Program Coordinator

Letitia Crippen is an alum of Drexel University holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering. She has 8+ years of experience in the for-profit sector in business operations, human resources, and loss prevention. Letitia joined OICA in 2017 as the Program Coordinator kicking off SOAR for OICA affiliates in Philadelphia, Ohio, North Carolina, and Harrisburg. “I want to help people invest in themselves. We all deserve a chance to contribute to society, and I want to support those who strive for a better life.”
