OIC of America welcomes all new staff on active SOAR grants to join us in the city of Brotherly Love for our 2022 SOAR Orientation, “The Pride and the Promise of OIC”. Heading into our 8th year of successfully implementing SOAR, our comprehensive reentry workforce development program, we could not be prouder of the impact OIC staff have made on the lives of thousands of justice impacted participants thus far.

         Slated to serve hundreds more in the years to come through our new and existing grant projects, the promise of the OIC affiliate network to meet the widespread demand for economic and social justice could not be more timely and hopeful. We are excited to welcome our newest SOAR staff to join this legacy as part of the OIC family, and look forward to imparting attendees with the promising practices and evidence based models that have guided all our SOAR participants toward a pathway of success.
